RevoInspect staging is provided for product evaluation and workflow testing. It is not approved for real client data, confidential inspection records, safety-critical reliance, regulatory submission, or production business operations.

Use only an account and workspace you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass workspace boundaries, access another user's records, interfere with security controls, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Use fictional or non-confidential test data. Features, test records, and staging availability may change as the product is improved. Staging does not currently carry a production uptime, backup, retention, support, or recovery commitment.

RevoInspect organizes records; it does not replace qualified professional judgment, required inspection procedures, independent verification, applicable standards, or the responsibility of the firms and professionals performing the work.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, access scope, account deactivation, and the appropriateness of information entered by their users. Historical records may continue to identify the person who performed the recorded work after their access is removed.

Final subscription terms, pricing, external collaborator rules, billing, service levels, privacy terms, data processing terms, backup commitments, and production support will be established before paid production access begins.
