Privacy notice

Your project information should remain yours.

This pre-production notice explains the current staging approach. A final jurisdiction-specific privacy policy will be reviewed before production launch.

Current environment

RevoInspect staging is a private test environment intended only for fictional projects, test accounts, and non-confidential files. Do not enter real client credentials, personal information, confidential inspection records, or production files until the production environment and final policies are approved.

Information used by the application

The application stores account and workspace information, role and access assignments, project records, observations, photos, documents, schedules, reports, review comments, synchronization state, and audit history needed to provide the inspection workflow.

Technical logs may record request timing, application errors, security events, and device or browser information needed to operate and protect the service. Offline packages are stored on the prepared device and remain subject to that device's storage controls.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the requested workspace, enforce permissions, synchronize field records, produce reports, preserve audit history, troubleshoot failures, and protect the application from unauthorized or abusive activity.

RevoInspect will not present fictional test data as customer evidence and will not claim production privacy commitments that have not yet been implemented and verified.

Workspace separation and sharing

Workspace records remain isolated by default. A workspace administrator may deliberately invite people and assign access to offices, departments, or specific projects. External project access does not automatically expose the host organization's unrelated projects.

Retention and deletion

Test records may remain in staging while development and validation continue. Production retention, customer deletion requests, legal holds, backup retention, and account closure procedures will be finalized before launch.

Production requirements

Before real client use, RevoInspect requires final legal review, approved service providers and regions, production monitoring, automatic database backups, separate encrypted file backups, malware scanning, restore testing, and a documented process for privacy and security incidents.
