A&M Techworks LLC operates RevoInspect for adult US business users. This notice explains the information used to run the service and how to reach us about it.

We handle account names and email addresses, password hashes, workspace details and roles, policy acknowledgments, and billing identifiers. Workspaces can contain inspection records, addresses, reports, comments, photos, documents, and audit history. Photos may include capture-time, location, or device metadata.

To operate and protect the service, we also handle sign-in events, IP addresses, request times, error details, and device or browser information. Card details are collected by Stripe, not by our signup form. Use ordinary inspection records only. Do not upload Social Security numbers, medical records, payment-card details, or specially restricted government information.

We use this information to run accounts and workspaces, enforce permissions, process subscriptions, synchronize field work, generate reports, support users, maintain recovery copies and audit history, and detect misuse. Accepting the Terms or this notice does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Essential sign-in cookies keep sessions working. If you use offline features, the app stores prepared packages and work-in-progress on your device; access to that device remains your responsibility.

Your workspace administrators control invitations and project permissions. Our service providers process the information needed for hosting and logs (Vercel), database and private files (Supabase), encrypted recovery copies (Cloudflare R2), payments (Stripe), and transactional email (Resend). Processing is not guaranteed to stay entirely within the United States.

Private files are delivered through authenticated, permission-restricted routes. Privileged accounts require authenticator MFA, and prepared offline packages are encrypted on the device. We use security measures appropriate to the service, but no system eliminates every risk. Uploaded files are not malware-scanned.

We retain records while needed to operate a workspace and preserve necessary history. Cancellation does not immediately erase records. The current policy provides a 90-day recovery window starting when workspace service ends, subject to legal holds and other obligations. Backups and audit records may follow separate retention schedules; deletion is not instantaneous across every copy.

Contact support@revoinspect.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion, or to report a privacy concern. We verify requests and consider workspace authority, retained history, and applicable obligations before acting.
