The responsive web application is designed for modern mobile and desktop browsers. The iPhone installed-app workflow has been field-tested end to end. Android compatibility is covered by the same browser standards, but a real-device Android pilot remains on the pre-production checklist.

Yes. An authorized user prepares an assigned project while connected, creates a device-specific offline PIN, and opens the encrypted field workspace. Core field records can be saved on the device and synchronized after service returns.

RevoInspect checks for connectivity when the installed app opens, resumes, or the user selects Sync now. Because mobile operating systems may suspend closed web apps, field teams should open the app and confirm synchronization after reconnecting.

Yes. Unique record identifiers prevent new offline observations and photos from overwriting each other. Team ownership, uploader identity, timestamps, and permanent server-assigned photo numbers keep contributions organized. Conflicting edits are preserved for review instead of silently discarded.

Yes. A workspace can grant an existing RevoInspect user access to a specific project with a specific role. That person sees the invited project, not the host organization's unrelated work. Final billing rules for external collaborators will be connected before paid subscriptions launch.

Yes. The permanent asset can participate in multiple projects over time. Each new project receives its own clean workspace, while previous inspection history remains available separately as read-only reference data instead of being copied into active project storage.

Not yet. The current environment is private staging for fictional test data. Production remains paused until paid backups, separate file recovery, malware scanning, monitoring, alerting, and a successful restore drill are complete.
