About RevoInspect

The record should reflect the way the work actually happened.

RevoInspect is built around a simple idea: field evidence, team responsibility, project organization, review, and reporting should remain connected from the moment work begins.

The problem

Inspection information often fragments before the report begins.

Photos collect on devices. Findings live in separate notes. Schedules, assignments, comments, and revisions move through different channels. By reporting time, the team must reconstruct context that already existed in the field.

RevoInspect keeps that context attached: the project, asset, location, responsible team, inspector, evidence, revisions, and review history remain part of the same controlled record.

Design principles

Field first

Workflows must remain usable under real site conditions, including weak connectivity.

Folder clarity

Records should live where teams naturally expect to find them.

Clear ownership

Responsibility should remain visible without exposing unrelated work.

Evidence preserved

Originals, revisions, decisions, and audit history should not disappear.
